the dark side :: the Creativity Project :: October

I had high hopes for this month's theme.
Visions of ogres and vampires and bats.
And here it is, almost midnight, and there is not an ogre or a vampire to be found.
I searched my pictures for all the dark moments.
We don't have too many dark moments.
Or maybe we do, but I just don't photograph them.

As always, you are going to want to follow our circle all the way through!
Scarlett comes next and she has never disappointed me yet.
We would love if you have a 'dark' picture to share on our facebook wall.
Come on, astound us!

You always pull through :) I can't blame you for not having anything "dark side-y" to photography. I cheated on this one and I came up with the them...haha!

No vampires, hm...

These are simply stunning! I am inspired to go capture some "dark" images this weekend now!

I love what you captured. Many great shots in there and once again it shows that this theme leaves so much open for creativity. For some one dark moment, may be a pouty child because it is sad to see them that way. For another it is a tree that has lost all its leave. And for another it vampires and more. I love them all because all of them show a slice of life and of our world we share

I think you put together a great set, Becky, despite the absence of vampires and ogres. ;p You were definitely more creative than I was; I took the literal route (bleh!).

Love the little pouty gal.
Maybe I will have to go into my archives and see if I have any darker-side photos to put on FB.

Lovely pictures. It's amazing how context can really change how you view an image. Thanks for sharing and thanks so much for stopping by my blog as well!

I'm pretty sure ogre's don't like to be photographed. LOL
I do love the little pouty face though; super cute!
