Love the joy and abandon in your photos Becky. You can tell she's happy in her skin.
That is an amazing quote...I find many times I am wounded and healed by the same ones. I just left a quote on Miz Booshay's blog and after I posted it I noticed it was almost exactly like yours. :) It made me smile (ironically, the comment was about how she makes me cry with her amazing photos. I feel the same about your photography.).
Ohmygoodness... I just posted something (not nearly as photogenic) a few minutes ago.Today has been the saddest day (Mom's funeral), but the kids... they brought laugher and smiles and even a guffaws. And how healing is that?Such a perfect quote for right now. Thank you for making me smile again.
Oh wow! These are so gorgeous Becky.
Where can I get a skirt like that!? These are stunning, her smile is radiant!
Great shots...I love that all your neighbors kids are willing models for you! Have a wonderful day today!
The last photo is the best, truly a wonderful photo.
Every little girl should have a pin tutu. I'm voting for the last shot as my favorite too. So much happiness and joy in these photos.
Who is that gorgeous girl in your post?? She's absolutely beautiful!!!
I felt my spirit run with her in her tutu. I am too old for running in pink tutus, but yes, my spirit was healed a bit by running in my mind with her. Thanks.
Love the photos... so fun and freeing!! And I have to say... I LOVE the blog makeover!!! Gorgeous!:)~Tabitha
She is BEAUtiful!!!
Makes me think of free spirits! The photos are fantastic. Happy Sunday!
One of my favorite quotes! I love her spirit and joy in all your photos, beautiful. ;)
can we come play on your block! Sooo fun! and perfect lighting!! :)
What a cute ballerina...on a scooter, no less!Love this.=)
At first I thought the words on the front of the truck were reversed...then I thought they were in German, "Vatch Children."Ah, the joys of seeing the ice cream man as a kid.
The joy just jumps out of these photos! Being a mom and a teacher I truly relate to your quote. Seeing the world as kids see it does truly bring the joy. Why is the world in such a hurry to pull our kids into the grown up world? Think your series of photos celebrates childhood so well!Stopping from my Sunday Citar
Great "ballerina in pink tutu on scooter" shots!

LOVE this quote, Becky! I wish we had a cool ice cream truck in our neighborhood. Unfortunately, ours is a little...ahem...creepy. Can I come to your neighborhood for some ice cream and fun? :) Hope you had a great weekend!
A tutu looks like so much fun!
I need a pink tutu. And an ice cream. :)
