this family I know

There is this family I know called the Bloods.
Seriously.
The Bloods.
Doesn't that sound scary?
Like they could beat you down and kill you?
Exactly.
When George Blood first came to our class in 8th grade, I was worried.
I had an imagination back then,
you know, versus now, when I am TOTALLY normal and non imagining: )
Back then,
in my imagination,
I thought George and his parents were part of the mafia!
Then I met them.
And they are the nicest NON mafia people on the planet.
Not that I know what mafia people are like.
But do Mafia people make scrumptious cheesecakes like this one?
I don't think so.
Just trust me-
no mafia's here!
Only the best family around.
(Outside of my own ; )
Mrs. Blood, the mafia maven sweetest housewife ever in America,
wanted some Easter pictures.
I was honored to spend part of the day with them.
They are like my own family.

A beautiful family.
A beautiful life.

I will show you more soon!

What a great family! Anyone who can make cheesecake like that has to be alright!

I guess in this case, it's definitely an ironic name!

Ha! Good post...it made me laugh. Beautiful pictures and everyone looks so natural. If you were spending the day taking pictures of me, I wouldn't look natural AT ALL!

Oh my gosh, those eyes and tongue on that baby made me flip! What a perfect shot!! Hilarious. I have heard that mafia people are the best cheesecake bakers in the world. Watch out Becky. I've got your back.

That is so great! I had a friend whose last name was Kyler - which everyone pronounced killer, poor kid. The pics turned out super!

Hey, can you ask if they can spare the handsome young Blood, at bat in the last two pictures? According to my hubby, the Red Sox needs all the help they can get this season ;-P

You are so funny...I remember watching a little bit of the Soprano show and feeling a tad strange because the lead, Tony Soprano, was so likeable. When he wasn't offing someone. Weird. I quit watching that show.

Your pictures are lovely, as always!

I think you have to be a really nice family if your last name is blood. It's the gentle giant syndrome all over again.

Wonderful photos of a beautiful family.

Cheers,
