4 ‘we have to leave right this second so I can drive you to school and not be late for work.’

5 I don’t think I should go to school because I am too sick’s.

6 I wonder how late I am going to be for work thoughts.

7 miles an hour on 309 driving into Philly.jacob

8 ‘man, I should have stopped for coffee’ wishes.

Oh my goodness. And you are STILL thankful. That is why people can't help coming here. Your sweet spirit is so contagious.

And that darling girl could not be cuter, but the wide-eyed little boy popped in there at just the right moment to make me laugh out loud!

I really loved this. It seems really simple, but it really is masterful what you did in that poem. Very cool. And great photos as always! Happy New Year!!

Oh man - it was one of "those" kinds of days. But you dealt with it with humor and grace (and beautiful pictures/words); wish I could do the same. Happy Friday!

Becky, you could so consider publishing a 'children's book for their parents! Love how you, seemingly, effortlessly empty your thoughts into these posts.
Positive thoughts from Nova Scotia for your friend Cecily....hope things work out for her.
All the best,
Jim

That sounds just like me in the morning with my 14-year-old, whose hair is straight as a board, but she still HAS to straighten it with a straighter. Go figure. But I'm usually saying "hurry up before you miss the bus. I can't be late for work again".

Thanks for the visit!
