I always try to be joyful. I think I feel the most joy when I see my children being happy and fully in the moment of what they are doing.

I choose joy! I give myself permission to slow down and seek it out even in unlikely places and situations.
Love the photos of the kids at the park! I think I am most relaxed when my children are enjoying themselves. And that's the feeling this post evoked.

I used to love those rolly slides! So fun, but not good when wearing shorts (we also called them "wedgie slides").

Also, nice Chanel stunna shades!!

Interesting. I've read about the difference between happiness (A temporal thing) and joy (an abiding thing) in more theological contexts, but it works well here.

A Tribute to Theatre
The Murugan Theatre. It is one of the theatres in Thiruthangal, a small town near the famous industrial town of Sivakasi in Tamil Nadu. The small town had three theatres in those days (1980s). Chinnaknai Theatre was in the northern corner of the town and Balaji Talkies was at the other end, in the southern corner

Joy is deep seated and does not get rattled by circumstances.
It is also one of the fruits of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22)

Have a beautiful blessed day.
