Reason #eleventy eleventy zillion and three that I need a little girl….

I don’t have a girl to model pink or purple…

Seriously!

That is a good reason, right?

Hahahaha.... oh, dear. I am wiping tears from my eyes... that made me laugh SO hard! I need to drag my boy down here and make him see what someone ELSE does for pictures! lol... AWESOME! I was going to say that he actually looked somewhat royal and regal in purple till I scrolled down a little and saw the tutu. What a champ... I'm thinkin' new Xbox game for that, girlfriend.

PS... while I think you should certainly HAVE a girl? I think you just blew any chance of adopting one with this pic. If DFACS sees this, you are so busted...

What a great sport he is to pretend for you! I will throw my vote in for a girl, too. But just one. One is enough. Especially when they're 13. LOL

I stumbled across your blog from the blog "Dawn's Beyond Grace" This photo has me sitting here grinning with tears streaming down my eyes. Thank you for sharing such a beautiful creation--your son, as well as your blog! :)
We have 2 girls, 16 and 10, and neither one has ever let me put them in ruffles. The dresses that they've hesitantly agreed to wear (and then throw off in favor of torn jeans and t-shirts and flip-flops---or bare feet!) are modest and must be comfortable. I wouldn't say having girls or boys is better--I have 3 nephews and that's plenty :) and my 2 nieces are precious, ok they're all precious---and special. God bless you and your family! I look forward to reading your blog Have an AMAZING summer!!!

Oh, I so love this! I am a bit late entering this week. More hospital time with my dad. Thank you so much for your kind comment and prayers for him. He is doing better, but had a set back yesterday. It is so nice to know that in a world of so much hate there is abundant love if we look for it. Thank you for your friendship!

Who needs a girl when you've got such a willing (well... ) participant in girlish things? Alright... you need a girl and I need a boy!

Girls are SO much fun! And their dress-up costumes are MUCH more fun! My youngest son dressed up in my daughter's cheerleader costume yesterday!

My husband and I were talking about having kids in the future. I said I wanted two, unless they were two boys, then I'd get to adopt a little girl. Because I need pink and ruffles and sparkle in my life. So he asked if we had 2 girls if he could adopt a boy and I said no. He didn't like this line of thinking ;)

Becca said...
