A story about our week:

photostory friday Lots of driving in Philly…

driving Lots of playing with our pals!friday Lots of spills.friday 1

Lots of Love.

I got Kaishon his favorite kind of drink at the market today. When he came in from playing I told him. He asked me if it was just for him. I said sure. He then proceeded to fill the coffee pot up with tea.

He is SO funny that child.

Did you have any spills this week?

Any drinks from a coffee pot?

‘Normal day,

let me be aware of the treasure you are.

Let me learn from you,

love you,

bless you before you depart.

Let me not pass you by

in quest of some rare and perfect tomorrow.

Let me hold you while I may,

for it may not always be so.

One day I shall dig my nails into the earth,

or bury my face in the pillow,

or stretch myself taut,

or raise my hands to the sky and want,

more than all the world, your return.

~Mary Jean Iron

Oh, P.S. Did you hear that Tiger Woods changed his name?

Cheetah.

I laughed SO hard.

I would link you to the sweet blogger that sent this to me

but I can’t find her for the life of me.

From the city to the country.

And those kids sure do have a good time. It's nice to have a core group of pals. I love that shot if Kaishon behind the pot.

Yes, I heard about the name change. Appropriate.

A coffee pot huh? I'm impressed that he could drink out of it.

Beautiful poem.

And sadly it took me a second to get it..."cheetah, what?" - yeah...guess my brain is already off for the night.

Rollerblades! Oh the memories... I didn't know kids still liked those.

I like the photo of the boys just hanging around, lounging in the grass. It's so nice to be able to sit outside without being bundled up, finally!

Roller blades! Matthew wants some so badly, but I think that would just be a bad combination :) Maybe in a year or so!! Aren't you such a sweet mom for getting your baby's favorite drink. I love that he drank it out of the coffee pot -- he is so funny!

All right. I'm really really slow tonight.

I didn't realize that was a coffee pot until Tami mentioned him drinking from it. (I thought it was a base ball glove ready to catch a high ball.)

And I didn't get the Cheetah joke until Kelli explained it. Lol!

Looks like a bunch of fun to me. I went to college in Langhorne. :)

LOL That is so funny that he put the tea in the coffee pot. He must know that what usually comes from the coffee pot is so enjoyable, he wanted to feel that joy too along with the great taste of his favorite drink. :)
