It is currently snowing here again RIGHT NOW with two more snowstorms expected over the week.

Please let Spring come soon! I'm sick of jackets, wet feet, and defrosting my car in the morning.

Yes it will end ~ keep you chin up :D Just think of all those adventures the boys are having in your home that their Mummy's are missing out on watching them have! You're amazing!

Oh no I'm sorry. I am praying for spring for you too. At least your creative with the boxes and the fort.
Do you have a tent, you could camp in the living room ;)

I am so sorry... the snow does make you want to go insane after you get your first play in it! We've had more snow than ever before here in Arkansas, and I am READY to see green grass and be able to walk outside in flip flops and jacketless.

Skeller said...

I hope you get Spring SOON!
And, if you don't, come out for a visit ... :-) We'll take the boys to the beach and leave all the forks and knives at home...

Look at how creative they are - you are such a fun mom! I am longing for spring too. I could finally see grass in some places. Please no more snow for you or for me.

these photos are so great!!! gosh its been the weirdest winter! I live in North Texas and we've had record snowfall...and they are calling for more tomorrow!!!!! I quite like it...but thats just because we never get it and when we do it doesn't last but a day---yes I was deprived of snow as a child :)

I would laugh if I weren't crying for you! The one snow that we got happened while we were out of town and was gone within a day. We just have cold and rain on the way back in, and that gets a bit dreary, too. Hey, do your boys think graffiti is cool? Adam loves it, and so I let him use spray paint and make his boxes really cool! It also looks pretty neat on snow... just sayin'... ;<)

Girl, You are speaking my language!!!
We had cardboard arguements-I am Done with them, but the boys are not. They think I am a meany because I am tired of living with it all over my house!
I sent them to play hockey in the garage and parked my car in the drive as it snowed six inches!
Book me a room with ya!

I'll bet the snowball left that hand seconds after the photo was taken!

You could take those boxes and create a deluxe cardboard insane asylum.
An asylum for ONE.

Your a REALLY fun mom. I would have been crazy already. I hope Spring comes fast for you. I can't believe all that snow. Incredible.

I have three boxes in the living room. Their imagination soars from such a simple item.

Good luck

I've got it! It's a plot, schemed up by the Olympic committee to keep us in and watching the games.

Suppose the snow will go away by next week? ( You might have to book me a room too.)

Just for a second, maybe we can trade with you? J showed me a picture this morning of the things that he wishes for and the first thing I saw was a huge snowflake. He wants to see snow, play in the snow.... :)

Holy Cow! That is a butt-load of snow!! Crank of the fire place, cook some hot chocolate and don't you dare go out in all of that. That is seriously insane!! This southern girl would most definitely go into hibernation : )

By the looks of those boxes I only have one question. How many flat screen TV's do you have?

We are expecting a boatload of snow tomorrow too. Can you believe it?

I have a mailing to go out in the morning....your address is on one of them!!

Yes is this the local Insane Asylum? Yes I am looking for Becky? Oh she is in the padded room banging her head against the wall? Okay just tell her that Erin is sending warm thoughts and sunshine from California!! =)

Whoa is that for real? Does it ever happened like this before?

I have seen plenty of snow pictures lately but I don't think they were as white and as thick as yours!

Chocolate Covered Daydreams said...

Are the boxes their beds or their cars or spaceships? Looks like they were definitely using their imagination in the midst of the white stuff falling down.

Hang in there. I'm sure spring is on it's way.

Alicia said...

Oh my gosh, you are so funny about the box! LOLOL! Sounds like my boys! And what is the deal with boys and forts? My kids love to make them too!

For my daughter's 2nd birthday, we gave her a chest freezer box and an entire day with Grandma. Then we stepped back and just enjoyed. They made a fantastic little house which lived in our living room for close to a year after that.

Boxes are awesome. And so are you!

cinner said...

There's no better toy than boxes. They were the favorite of my sister and me and then years later of my own sons. Looks like great fun!!
