Do you have a favorite age of babies?

Kaish was spectacularly fun at 9 months.

But honestly, he just keeps getting better and better

with each month and year that passes!

Have I ever told you that I love him?

kaish little

He will always be my baby boy!

Thanks for making my ovaries ache now ;) Those babies are adorable. I can't think of my favorite age - I like 4-5...they are learning so much and are still in need of mom. How old is Kaishon in that pic?

I love love love the newborn stage ... it is one thing I grieve missing with our boys in Haiti ... but no matter how big my kids get, they are always my babies. Today my 8-year old said, "Mom, if you ever feel like snuggling you can snuggle with me, okay?" and as soon as she said it I was doing just that! Sooo sweet.

Hmm, don't get me wrong, babies are cute and junk, but I like 'em best when they get to be about 2. That's my sweet spot. =)

Thanks for stopping by my blog and commenting! I think my favorite baby age is fresh from the womb. Even with all the sleeplessness, crying (on both baby and mommy's parts) and recovery, I'm so in love with that tiny person, beautiful person.

Adorable babies... awesome photos.

Tara has always been fun, but when she was between 1 and 2, I think that was some of the best times.

You always think, "I can't love him/her any more than I do today" and then tomorrow, you love them more! ♥

Let me see...do I recall you saying you love your son? Yes, yes, I do. :)

Babies are cute but I prefer children as they get older and show their personalities.

Whew...talk about baby yumminess! Hmm...let me think, I'd have to say around 6 mos. was my favorite age when my girls were babies, but each stage comes with it's own rewards.

This post so, so reminds me of the book, I'll Love You Forever. Have you read it? It is basically a story about her mother's love for her children.

Our kids will never grow old. :)

I think 4 months is when I really start having fun with my babies.......and from then on I can't chose a favorite stage. Beautiful post!

What a beautiful boy! I have five children from four pregnancies and one adoption. My oldest is 19 and youngest is 2. I love 9 months too but have to vote for the teeny mewling phase. I wrote about being a mother in "I love you but I'm not in love with You" on my blog which basically says how totally besotted I am with my children. I am touched by your devotion to your son.

You'll never stop calling him your "baby boy" either! My Mom still refers to us as her "babies"....of course, two of us are in our 50's....so it's kind of funny! But we know it's her way of expressing her love for us. Great post!!!

Babies are beautiful and tons of work and sleep deprivation. I really enjoy three year olds, they are so cute, they talk and they still have pudgy hands. I like just about any age that I can give back to their mother...

These are fabulous photos! :) The quotes are really nice too. :))

Great post and I love all those quotes. I can't wait to enter mommyhood in the flesh but for now, I tell my belly everyday how much I love him/her!

You may have mentioned once or twice that you like that kid of yours, but I can't be sure. ;-)

B is at one of my favorite ages - he's 16 months now.

Aaaaw, what a cutie pie! I keep thinking I can't love my girls any more than I do, but as they grow, so does my heart. Hugs, mama! :)

The favorite age for me was about 9 months too because Moe laughed at everything and your right each year is great even when they go through their teen years!

I just love Kaish smile!!!!
