(Does that tummy make you laugh and laugh?)

books 2 He ignored the doorbell when Jonathon came over.

books 3  He ignored the doorbell when Patrick and Kevin came over.

books 5 He was SO engrossed in his book.

(Wallace and Grommit if you were wondering what book)

My little reader.

What are you reading right now?

I read a cook book tonight.

Gary wanted Rosemary Chicken.

Gary worked yesterday from 7 am until 1:00 am.

And he had to be back this morning at 7.

I don’t know how he does it.

He works 7 days a week every.single.week.

He is a super hero for sure!

I am reading The Shack...and Phil swears I do weird body positions when I read too...I also have a tendency to put my thumb in my mouth, upside down...not sucking on it...just there.

Your man and mine are much a like...4am-1030pm a night. He does get one day off...but because I make him.

How cute. I hope you scrapbook. You have some adorable pictures. Gary is a superhero!

Oh, these are priceless pictures!! You will love them, when he is out of the house. This reminds me so much of my daughter, when she was little. She used to read in every position possible.....just not the normal sitting one! :)
Thanks for the memories!

That is the cutest thing ever! I HOPE to see my boys doing that-right now, I get eye rolling at the suggestion...
Wallace and Gromit in a book??? We love the shows, so I might have to track some books down so my guys will read like that!

That is too cute!! Hey, if he wants to read the book upside, go for it, right? At least he's reading! Awesome!!!

He's darling! I love his smile!

That is the cutest thing I've seen in a long time. You could make posters to sell to teachers to hang in their classroom to encourage reading. Seriously!

Yay that Kaish loves reading! I used to have to make Tori read every night and it was torture.

I love reading too! Tonight we read The True Story of The Three Little Pigs, too cute!

Tell him to keep on reading...

Kaishon is all over the place with that book. Maybe he has ants in his pants!

Why does Gary work so many hours? He's gonna kill himself (not literally).

I read cookbooks like novels..lol I need a new book to read though.

Im so loving those pictures! I love it when I see a child reading and really getting into it. I have tried to introduce the world of books to my two sons but sadly they havent gotten into it as much as I have.

Great pictures! Tara has been into reading and just finished her sixth book (Warriors series) in I am guessing less than 2 months. This is a miracle!

Me, reading? Hmmm I bought Lost Symbol and read maybe 6 pages before my eyes got heaving or someone interrupted me. I think it got pushed under the sofa while Tyler and Tara were playing Wii, I need to go retrieve it!

God Bless your hubby!

This book must be fantastic!
I'm reading nothing at the moment. Just to involved in work and raising my non-well-mannered dogs.

That is so awesome that Kaishon enjoys reading as much as he does. Those pictures say it all! As for me...I'm in a bit of a lull with my reading. Spending lots of time on the computer filling out college and scholarship applications for Brittany.

You can tell he is in reading heaven.

don't you have furniture anymore, lol? you'd think he would have found a more comfortable spot to sprawl out on while doing some good reading! not reading anything right now except for my Bible and school books, since i'm back in now...no time for other reading! cute pics too! blessings...

I adore that last photo, Rebeckah! I love it when kids get so immersed in a book. As for what I'm reading, I'm currently delving into my 40D manual. I wish I could say I'm reading something much more interesting, but unfortunately not this week. =(

Now that was a very original place to get cozy with a book! The tummy--priceless.

I was like that as a kid. I'm reading the Calder series right now but am about to start another James Patterson.
That's a lot of work hours by the way. A whole lot.

What cracks me up is the location where he is reading. Nothing like lounging on the stairs.

R1 couldn't read Diary of a Wimpy Kid, all four, fast enough! And he keeps going back to them. I loves them.

Oh his tummy is just sooo cute!!! I love that he plopped on the stairs!!! How random is that? Don't you just love when they are reading on their own and love a good book...I am reading Boundaries with Kids...excellent book!

What a lovely series of photos! He is a bit like my grandson who can read anywhere. He is a goodlooker too, like Kaishon.

That's awesome how much he loves reading. Tristan is starting to read to me now, sounding out all the words and I love every second of it.

As for me, right now I am so engrossed in Catching Fire, which is the 2nd book to Hunger Games. If you haven't heard about it yet you will. The name is going around the blogosphere like Twilight.

I LOVE it when a book grabs a child's attention and holds it tight! and kudos to you for capturing the moment (and capturing it, and capturing it again from a different angle ;-).
