The End is drawing near.

We always know Summer is almost over

when it’s time to say goodbye!

naji It’s been an adventure for sure.

A sunbeam to warm you,
A moonbeam to charm you,
A sheltering angel, so nothing can harm you.

I'm SO not ready for summer to come to an end! I say let's both just live in complete denial. You game? Sweet pictures, by the way!

It is a sad time. I try and remember the saying that was posted on the church sign a while back.

'Don't cry because if is over. Smile because it happened.'

The church is right across the street from our home and the sign is in view from our front porch. I consider that sign my personal devotional sign. I look at it daily and always get something from what is written on it.

What a fun bubble picture! I'm not ready for summer to end because I feel like we haven't even had a summer! Unfortunately, the calendar doesn't factor in the weather!

I just sent my eldest to her first day of middle school and I'm crying all over again thanks to your post.

On an unrelated note, your blog is beautiful. I love the layout and the format. And your photos are stunning.

How did you do your layout?!

I'm not ready for it to end either. It's been a really good, "ferbtastic" summer. Love the pic of the kids on the porch.

Can you believe it's over already? Did we even have summer this year?

I can't believe they are NOT in school yet.

Yes, so sad. My kids are thrilled to see their friends again, because they were in camp all summer and haven't seen any of their school friends....so the end of this summer for us is a time for saying hello. :)

I know you're sad to see them go, but probably glad for the break. Hopefully you get some time to refresh in the near future.

Don't you just hate to see the summer come to an end! It tore me up sending my kiddo off to school this year!

BTW - is that your front porch? If so, it is precious!

Hey thanks for visiting my photography blog. We did have a great time on that photography run. I do know what you mean by your kids getting sick of us taking pictures. I did do a photo shoot with my eleven year old the other day. The pictures turned out amazingly and now I'm mad at her for holding out on me, because she is very photogenic and I had no idea. Usually she just gives me a dumb look when I want to take her picture. It was nice visiting you blog. It looks great! I'm still in the process of working on both of mine.
