Yabba Dabba Doo! Or Not?

I have terrible news to report
Are you ready for my Y?
Y is for Yell!
Our neighbors do it!
My kid does it!
Even my sweet little nephew does it!
And so do I!

I, Rebeckah, am a yeller...

Please pray for me!
Or send money for therapy!
Either/ Or
XO

What makes you yell?
Head over to Wordful Wednesday too!

So funny. I used to be a 'yeller', then my throat got really tired!!!
Good luck with the therapy. :)

Now that is a funny post. Never thought of the word yell. Perfect choice and the pictures are very discriptive. Send money for therapy or pray for you.....Too funny!

So cute! I too am a yeller and people mis-treating the elderly and the disabled makes me YELL.

Jason, as himself said...

Actually, I rarely yell. I don't know why.

Jason, as himself said...

Oh, except when I talk to my hard-of-hearing MIL.

Love it! Might I recommend the microphone we wear around our necks in school? Surround sound in the classroom, baby!

There are screaming contests in Japan and you can win top prizes for that talent actually!

That is so funny! At least you are all smiling while you yell!

Hilarious! I only yell at 'bad cats' that are yelling themselves. Had to do that just this morning. 2 of them having a yell fight right in our drive---at 4 am. Ha. Funny post.

Fun pictures! I turn into a yeller after I say "NO!" to the kids about a dozen times.

My name is Momma and I am addicted to yelling. It is a problem. A real problem.

In my world, we whine....I have gotten really good at it because it prevents JBM from whining back. He hates how it sounds.

We are yellers at my house as well. Even if we are in the next room we have to yell to ask a question or get someone to listen. Guests don't appreciate our methods of communication. Happy WW! Have a wonderful day and take care.

I used to yell a lot, but I guess I've sort of grown out of it. I probably came to the conclusion that it doesn't do anyone, or my throat, any good! Great, GREAT pictures!

I'm so glad you posted a pic of YOU...YOU are fantastic and gorgeous!!

Hmmm, what makes me yell...I yell to myself in an empty room when my MIL makes me crazy!! PMS makes me yell...for any reason! Ugh.

Very funny. The pictures are great. I need yell therapy - meaning, I don't yell enough.

the quickest way to get me to yell and perhaps even loose my Christianity the fastest is the mess with the safety or general well-being of my kid! most other times i can keep it composed but not with that! love the pics...what joy you all have found in yelling...it's good for the soul, lol! blessings...

LOL that was funny. I am a yeller too.

Yes, I got all kinds of comments on my FB headline. Everyone loved it but the people it was intended for. Go figure.

you are not alone, I too am a yeller and so are my kids. In fact, I am listening to them scream right now.

Hey R!!!! How are you!!! I have missed you. Hope you had a great 4th. And just so you know, I'm a yeller too. Just ask my boys. OK wait don't. I have been so busy with boys, good thing I haven't started work yet. We are still playing baseball. Every night, drive 30mins play and then drive 30mins home. I am loving it! R9 has been doing awesome! Talk to you next week when I get back!

Bonnie said...

I'm actually the opposite. People tell me I don't talk loud enough but when I do "speak up" I feel like I'm yelling. My MIL is a loud talker and yeller!!

jennykate77 said...

I would send you money for lots of things, but therapy isn't one of them...nope, I like you just the way you are!!! That pic of you is fantastic...makes me smile. :) Don't tell anybody, but I'm a yeller too. When I'm talking on the phone to a friend or relative and start getting excited, my voice...um, escalates. Michael is always like "whay are you yelling?" So, I take most phone calls outdoors or in the bathroom w/ the door shut.

I've been known to yell ... not saying when or why! LOL!

And I have to say, one of the nice things about not having kids at home anymore is that it's so quiet. No more yelling at each other!

queenofphrump said...

The only thing that really makes me yell anymore is when people borrow my stuff and then do not put it back. I yell when I am looking for my stuff! IT MAKES ME MAD!!!!!

Martha in PA said...

LOL, Tara always tells me to STOP yelling, only I have a paralyzed vocal chord and absolutely no volume control on my voice... I guess it's the tone, not the volume that matters to her! Great photos.
