L is for Liquor

WHAT?
Well, here is the story.
There is ALWAYS a story…
Sabria and Naji were here this weekend.
We just Love (with a Capital L) Sabria and Naji.
Usually when they come
We have a few incidents.
A little broken glass,
a few blood droplets,
a few fights… you know the drill.
Nothing I can’t handle!
So, I was surprised when I saw this on my counter on Friday night.
ALCOHOL?

A little bottle of Grand Marnier Liquer.
Interesting, right?
I thought Gary might have got it from a friend at work.
Do friends at work give each other little bottles of liquor?
Maybe, I don’t know.
Somehow, in the midst of all the chaos
I forgot to ask Gary about this bottle.
Enter this:

Yep. That’s my crystal light.
LOVE my crystal light.
(Generic Giant store brand if you wondered : )
I was drinking this ALL weekend.
Oh yes I was.
I did think it had a little kick.
Apparently, it had a whole lot of kick.
Well, at least 50 ml of kick.
Sabria found this bottle and dumped it in my Crystal Light.
So, basically, I was drinking ALL weekend,
And I didn’t even know it.

I don’t drink.
Ever.
When I called Sabria to get the details of this story-
(Like what would possess her to do this…)
She said, “I thought the little bottle was pretty.”
Hmmmmmmmmmm, that’s nice, right?
And just as I was about to hang up,
She says, “Did you taste the egg?”
She also put a raw egg in my drink….
Unbelievable.
I can’t wait to see them again!
Let me know if you want a visit from my little visitors!
I would LOVE to share my joy with you!
ABC Wednesday will have tons of great L’s today.
Probably better than my L for Liquer .
Wordful Wednesday at 7 Clown Circus is lots of fun too!
Come on, you know you want to join…
One of my very favorite blogging friends,
Go check it out : ).

I too love Crystal Light...generic Walmart flavors for water bottles...have about 10 flavors at all times and get nervous when running low...yes, I am THAT addicted.

Grand Marnier...not so much.

No on the visitors...I have more than enough.

UGH! Good thing the alcohol was in it. I bet it killed any bugs you may have gotten from the raw egg.

In response to your comment about my bed. We got it for 150.00 in Vegas at a store that was going out of business. Only problem it has it's siderails are a tiny bit warped so it's difficult to fit it together easily. Thanks for stopping by! GOod to see you again.

Too, too funny. Crystal Light with a kick. I guess the egg was to "help" with a hangover...
