I for IRS & Sophia pictures...

I was baffled this week by the letter I.
But then, while I was doing my taxes today
the perfect I popped into my head.
IRS
So, here is my question for you:
Did you do yours already?
Do you do it yourself?
Does it cause you stress or delight?
Look at Baby Sophia!
Isn't she delicious?
Every time I look at her I cry.
She is so perfect.
I am so happy for my friend
and his new family : ).
"If one feels the need of something grand,
something infinite,
something that makes one feel aware of God,
one need not go far to find it.
I think that I see something deeper,
more infinite, more eternal than the ocean
in the expression of the eyes of a little baby
when it wakes in the morning
and coos or laughs
because it sees the sun shining on its cradle."
Vincent van Gogh

We have someone do our taxes, and we always get money back. love that:)

6.7 lbs (tiny)

She is precious!! My first one weighed 8.5. I don't have to do taxes anymore, don't make enough, one of the few blessings of being old! but my son does and he has someone to do them for him. Lovely post!

Taxes are done and refund is back! I do my own taxes online. Definitely easier than paper with all my business stuff. My only stress comes from finding all the paperwork I need - I am sooo not organized in that department.

"I" was a little harder to think of this week, but our beagle gave me the right word. :)

We have Andy's Aunt do our taxes. Already done, money already back, money already spent.
Bella was 5lbs. 15 oz (at 34 weeks).
And that baby? I need a bite of her cheeks.

Taxes, done. Somehow getting them finished makes me feel kind of virtuous, even if I don't get a refund...
IRS is a great ABC!
First child: 7 lbs, 4 oz.
Those are adorable baby pics.

Been wondering about you! How goes it? I love the picture, those cheeks! Hubs does our taxes and uses Turbo Tax. He says it's easy and we usually have our refund in about 2-3 weeks. Right up my alley!!

AWww...how cute is Sophia!!! Annie was 6 lbs 14 oz...the perfect size for me!

We get our taxes done by H & R Block and we are done with them and waiting on that refund!!

Hi there!

Such a beautiful baby!

My husband does the taxes...perhaps because if I did them we might be audited? Taxes are not done. Hoping to use refund for a trip this summer.

I need to do that ABC Wednesday thing...looks fun.

7.1, 8.8, 10.0 each one got a pound and a half bigger so I decided to top at 3!

She looks so squeezable! I haven't done my taxes, and since I'll have to pay, I wait until the last minute. No freebies from me!

My oldest, HSH was 7.13 and adorable!

I suppose someone had to remind the rest of us what time of year it is! :)

Sophia is very cute. My first baby weighed 7 lbs 11 oz. that was nearly 31 years ago. My baby is getting grey hair! Talk about traumatic. LOL

My youngest granddaughter is named Sophia

40 years ago my first one weighed 6 lbs 14 oz.
that sweet baby has cheeks that just need to be kissed.

Nope, we haven't done ours yet. Maybe this weekend. We (Turbo Tax) do it ourselves. It doesn't stress me out as much as it used to!

What a precious little girl! Our first one weight 6.5 lbs!

Email me and let me know how things are going for you this week at the office.

I do our taxes on Turbo Tax. It's so easy! I actually look forward to tax season because we always get a refund.

Sophia is just beautiful.

Well, why do you have to bring out the IRS. I know it is coming, and we haven't done it yet. She is such a little precious.

Mara said...

No problem with the IRS for me: I haven't filed my taxes for about six years now after they told me not to anymore. I'm not complaining

Taxes are annoying, even more so when you have to compile them in a foreign language...

We have someone do our taxes for us, but here's an interesting snippet for you: we're in the UK, and one of our kids has the intials 'IRS'! If we'd been in the US we would not have done that to him. LOL!

I think our first son was 7lb 10oz when he was born... it was a long time ago!

Baby Sophia is gorgeous!

April said...

Sophia is a little doll! Just look at that sweet face! Brittany weighed 5 lbs. at full-term and Abby weighed 6 lbs. 15 ozs.

We have not done our taxes yet; Chris always does them for us. It can be stressed getting them done, but the reward is in the refund. Hopefully, we'll be fortunate this year, too! Sending you a big hug!

Rose said...

She is so precious! You just want to cuddle them when they're so tiny. My first son weighed 6 lbs. 15 oz, but the second son weighed 9 lbs. 4 oz.

Taxes, now those I don't like so much; we've had to go to having someone else do ours. Now all I do is sign my name and let them take all my money:)

Nina said...

My husband does our taxes and he waits until the day before. It is always stressful because we either break even or owe each year. It is the owing part that stresses us the most.

What a precisous baby!!! So cute and healthy looking. My fist son was 6 lbs and the second was 7 lbs and they were both covered in the cutest fat rolls.

Just thought I would let you know that I absolutely love my high speed internet! Totally addicting! It makes it so much easier to do stuff, and also gives me more time to get my housework stuffies done! Yah to those who finally figured out how to get high speed to the country!

Oh my gosh, look at those cheeks! She is the sweetest! Isaiah weight 8lbs 5oz. He seemed so little, but I guess he was a little on the chunky side. ☺

You're always so clever about your ABC Wednesdays. I did my taxes myself and we've already got our refund back. Not much, but I'll take what they give me. ☺

Hope you're having a great day!!

Aw! Cute baby!

IRS - done and spent. :) We do our taxes right away with turbotax since we always end up getting a refund. Knowing that makes it pretty motivating.

First baby? 7-11. Weight wasn't a big issue since I had C-sections with all 3. Of course, I didn't know I would have a C-section with the first so I was a bit nervous about weight. (I had in mind that my sister-in-law had a baby that was 11 lbs. 8 oz. --- No, I'm not joking!)

My taxes are done, and the money spent.... back in JANUARY. Tax time has always brought me delight, it's money that I allow myself to splurge with (and pay my property taxes). I do them myself... it helps when you don't have much!

Tara was 7 lbs 12 oz when she was born.

Sophia is precious.
