Why do I want a new cell phone?

This is my new phone.

The Samsung Propel.

It's nice right?

Yesterday Jen and I went to Verizon

so she could get a new phone.

She picked a BlackBerry Storm.

How come I now want a new phone again?

What is it about us that makes us discontent?

I am not going to get a new phone.

For 2 years : )

I am going to be thankful for the one I have.

What kind of phone do you rock?

hee hee! i know just how you feel! i have a little teal juke phone, that is so pretty... and i get so many comments on (it is just a phone folks!) but after the first time mine slips out of my hands and gets sratched... that is where the love affair ends. and yesterday, i happened across a radio shack flyer and saw a way cute phone... lg lotus. so now i have the "i want a new phone" bug, too. but i only have 18 months before i can get a new one!! :)

I am happy with my phone. I have the Apple iPhone 3G. Wouldn't trade it for anything.

My cell phone is almost 3 years old and the very simple basic phone that was free when we signed up. Our contract runs out in a couple of months and we are NOT staying with this company so am now starting to research who we will go with. I really do need a new phone since the back broke off when my grandson got a hold of it and threw it, so now the back is held on with a peice of tape....lol.

So funny..you have phone envy. :)
Will you believe me when I say that I am 41 years old and I am on my THIRD cell phone. Yes. I keep them for a lonnnnnngggggg time.
I have a razor. It works great. but I have no texting. I am wanting to start texting. So, perhaps I will get a new one in the future. Right now, with the way the $$$ train is not rolling..I will live with what I have too. :)

I don't even know...got mine at Verizon and it works great for me! Nothing too fancy...my girls have nicer phones than I do! I don't know why, but cell phones just don't do much for me. As long as I can call or text someone on it, that's really all I care about. I'm a pretty simpled-minded gal. Happy Thursday to ya! How's Quince doing these days?

I couldn't beging to tell you - some motorola piece of crap that I've had for about 5 years now! I love tech but phones just don't ring my bell - LOL!

At the moment I am cell phone-less...If I didn't worry about the kids' school needing to contact me when I'm away from home, I would stay that way. I kind of like the idea of nobody bugging me when I'm doing things, antisocial person that I am ;) My bestfriend is ALWAYS on the phone, and when she's on the phone with me, she's ALWAYS "getting another call." It drives me crazy!

Now the contentment question -- that is something I have pondered a LOT lately.

i only use my phone for calling. I don't want to pay for all of the extras. I am a cheapo, I know, but my phone is not my life ;0)

I actually just traded in my razor for a Samsung phone, nothing really fancy as long as I can talk on it, I am pretty much set (and of course it had to have a camera) I hate it that you have to renew your contract to get the good prices :(

I have a just a plan old LG. It's a work phone and I just got last year. So since I don't pay the bill, I take what I get. Usually it's a really good phone. Insurance stuff is coming along. Hubs is dealing with them or I just might have to claim loss of my sanity if I talk with them. Thanks for the prayers? How are things on your end. Email me, lets talk!

Nice phone. I'm still sporting the older flip phone (kind of big for what's out there now). My husband doesn't want to get new phones just yet when these still work. I'm holding out for the iphone...a girl can dream right?

Would you believe I don't have a cell phone? I don't even desire one. My husband has one and I used to but since I started homeschooling my kids I just felt like I no longer needed one and don't miss having one.

We have some friends the Perkasie/Sauderton/Lansdale/Quakertown area. We drive up there a couple times a year. Great area!

Your funny! I think this is like everything else...the grass always looks greener kinda thing. I rock and iPhone and I love it! It's my kind of phone. I keep up with everyone...blog, facebook, chat, twitter, myspace. It takes great pics. Plus, and iPod is included! Love it!

Hey, I should've answered that question before it even needed to be asked.

We live in Center City/Washington Square West at 10th and Chestnut.

I don't know too much about Philadelphia yet. We just moved here in October and neither my husband or I had ever been here before.

I have a Sony-Ericcson slider phone. I've already had to have it replaced once. Just hoping it will hold until my contract is over. After that, I'm hoping to be able to go contract free. I just hate that feeling of being stuck with a phone company if there service diminishes in my area. (I'm in a somewhat rural area.) I'm too cheap to get any extras (texting, e-mail), so I'm not too picky about my phone. Although I must admit drooling over an iphone before. Why? I have no idea since I wouldn't be able to use it for what it is intended for without spending extra $$$. I'm just a gadget girl all the way!

Amazing selection of those phones... I too like to buy one!!

I have an IPHONE, for just over a month now and it ROCKS.. you know you don't have to wait for your 2 years to get an IPHONE....... The IPHONE is so much more than a phone. I text, I use twitter, I check my email, and my blog. I can facebook, and the list goes on and on. I'm never bored waiting in car line or while my daughter rides a ride without me at Disney. She has one too, and we text more than we call. I love having my music, "toys", phone and PDA all in one device. I always thought it would not be worth the money, but I was SO very wrong.
