Aunt Luella's Birthday.
She passed away this year.
We miss her very much.

Gary turned 37 in May!
Kaishon joined the Hatfield Sharks Swim team.

We went on vacation with the family in June 2008.
We had a wonderful time in Wildwood, New Jersey!

We spent our Summer with our super friends swimming and playing!
Life was grand : )!

David and Tina were a great part of our year!

Christmas 2008
The people we hold dear.
Disclaimer: While these pictures are lovely and filled with many special events, the most special parts of our day I never photograph; things like bedtime tuck ins and prayers, welcome home hugs, kind acts to strangers in the store etc. There are so many ordinary moments that never get photographed. I pray this year is filled with many moments filled with love for you and your family!

My friend Julie is hosting this picture event. I thought it was brilliant! If you haven't done something like this yet, I would encourage you to participate : ).

Great re-cap of the year. And you hit it right on the head with your ending comments. The most important life events don't often get photographed.

Those pics were great. My fave is Kaishon holding the tiny baby. The smiley look on his face is priceless.

Thanks for the santa support :-) Before we had kids we thought we wouldn't do the Santa thing but it just sort of happened so we are making the best of it. LOL.

What fun. I love the one with your son holding the baby and your husband has a great smile.

That quote is neat about the everyday moments...I feel the same way...that's where the magic is.

Nice to meet you!
