Give It Away

We were going to pay extra on the mortgage with the rebate, but I just got permission to do this instead. Now we just have to decide what GREAT CHARITY to support. There are so many!
Isn't Gary great? He tells me all the time how hard it is to be married to me because I want to give everything away. He listens to my stories faithfully and he does say yes occsionally.
Giving is a great thing to do.
Just consider because new Coach sandals are HOT, and a new Car would be FUN but helping someone else is really PRICELESS!

Thankful for this day

Kaish is all tucked in and listening to a new Peter Pan Book on CD from the library.

Gary is all tucked in and watching his favorite Sunday night show.

I have the kitchen all clean and the dishes are all done and I am going up to snuggle.

What a perfect night.

This is a thought that I read during my freshman year of college that I have always loved. I try my very best to remember this each day. Sweet dreams.

First I was dying to finish high-school and go to college.
Then I was dying to finish college and start working.
Next, I was dying to get married and have children.
Then I was dying for the children to grow old enough for school, so I could return to work.
Finally, I was dying to retire.
And now, I am dying and suddenly I realize, I forgot to live.

Dear Gary Adams Jr.

Being Married to you is So wonderful!
You make my soul Happy!
You make my smile Bright.
You fill my life with love.
I love you with all the love that is within me. Thank you for being on this crazy journey with me.
I am blessed beyond measure because you are mine and I am yours.
Happy Thursday to the ONE I love!

Beck La Peck

Here is a love poem to make your day brighter…Come on, you know you LOVE romantic poems…. Wink Wink

Love rules the court,The camp, the grove, And men below, and the saints above, For love is heaven and heaven is love.
~ Sir Walter Scott (1771-1832)

My dear, sweet friend from college, Mary Hatfield, inspired me to write a love letter today. She has been sending love letters to her husband in his lunch this week. Isn't that the nicest thing? Gary does not take his lunch to work, so I will just tuck this love letter under his keys. He thinks I'm pretty wierd so I am sure he will think this is odd, but oh well. I want to be cool like Mary...

Our Church is very special

We go to Branch Creek Community Church in Harleysville, Pa.

Today our church had a HUGE Easter Egg Hunt along with A Magic Show, Hay Rides, Petting Zoo, Moon Bounces, Face Painting, Pony Rides, A Balloon Maker, and a Performance of a show for children called A Bunny Missing which was a play based on the Prodigal Son.

There were so many people (over 5,000) at our church today from 11-3 PM. It was unbelievable. It was a FREE outreach event for the community. I LOVE that our church does things for the community. I love my church even though it is non denominational and it scares my Mom. I love our church even though it is NOT KJV only! I love our church because it reaches out to the community of which we are a part.

All day today, people that came just for all of the fun, free stuff got to learn about Jesus. They learned about him when they watched the play, the learned about him when the magician talked about how Jesus took away our sins when he died on the cross, and most importantly they learned about him when we didn't ask for any money at all and we gave out hay rides and balloon pets and easter eggs. We showed love to the community and I think that is the greatest way to share Jesus of all.

Happy Easter with Love.

We are praying for Brooke and Baby tonight.

My beautiful cousin Brooke had a baby this week.

The baby is very sick in the hospital. Her name is Xavia Lauren (I don't know if that is the correct spelling). We have been praying for her all week.
Her baby weighed 9 pounds 11 ounces. I am sure the new baby is beautiful, just like baby Zuri.

Date night?

My Friend Forever, Jen, took Marsha and I to get a Pedicure last night. We had so much fun, but I forgot my camera. So here is a picture of Jen, Marsha, Sienna, Mila, Baby Sofia and (if you look really closely) the illustrious Mrs. Martello!
I have such great friends. It was a blessing to go out and relax for a while!
Kaish and Gary stayed home and watched TV which is exactly what they wanted to do. To each his own! Right? I can't wait to wear sandals now! Bring on the SPRING!
Eccles. 4: 9-10~
Two are better than one; because they have a good reward for their labour.
For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow: but woe to him that is alone when he falleth; for he hath not another to help him up. Eccles. 4:9-10~
